Our History
We believe if it doesn't exist- it just hasn't been built yet. In 2022, we founded Batch Automation to transform that energy into solutions for others.
Our Facility
We operate from a modest 2,400ft² facility packed with an ever-growing collection of tools and technology. Maintaining an organized workspace is a point of pride, come visit us and see for yourself!

Currently most of our clients are biomedical and aerospace, but we are happy to work with you and any industry you serve.
Our minimum order quantity varies depending on the specific project and materials involved. However, we strive to accommodate both small and large production runs.
We work with a wide array of alloys including aluminum, steel, titanium and cobalt. We also have experience machining multiple plastics and biomedical foams.
Yes. We're willing to work with you to develop your processes to ensure efficient production.
We accept a variety of file formats for manufacturing projects, including STEP, IGES, STL, and more. Our team can work with you to ensure that your files are compatible with our machinery and vice versa.

Our turnarounds vary depending on the scope of the project; small batches of parts can generally be expected within a week. Large and complex orders usually take multiple weeks or for completion.
Yes. We have experience in design for manufacture as well as developing custom software.
